Sales department
Our sales department works with a dedicated engineering department (technical sales support) to liaise with customers and design the best solution for their packaging requirements.
Our aim is to create a longstanding and trustworthy partnership with our customers, in the knowledge that customer success is our success.
Engineering
In addition to the numerous designers in the FuturaPack engineering department working on electrical/mechanical/software development, there is also an R&D department to enable the design of advanced cutting-edge systems.
All solutions created in this department are shared with customers, who can view their solution in 3D.
Customer Support
Providing customers with support after putting a line into production is an absolute priority to make their life easy. For this reason, not only do we have local engineers available to attend on site, we also provide remote support to work on programmes, provide updates, change parameters or perform diagnostics.
Remote control to check repeated alerts and user notification can also be organised.
Preventive maintenance contracts
Preventive maintenance contracts are entered into by the individual business units for particularly complex equipment.
